Obsession

My son has a new obsession.

I’ll give you three guesses as to what it is…

If I ask him to pick out his clothes he always invariably asks for “nin-nin” (said in the same tone as the word “Batman” in the old tv series).  Actually, even when I don’t ask him to pick out his clothes/pyjama he asks for “nin-nin”.

Is your toddler obsessing over anything lately?

  1. Ah-ha-ha-ha! Adorable! My five-year old has learned to write many letters, and she goes around writing letters and words all day. I can’t even tell you how many sheets of paper I secretly toss in the trash. I’m so proud of her and feel so guilty tossing her work away, but there’s so many of them!

  2. Oh, how adorable!! My daughter is obsessed with anything princess. She refuses to wear pants anymore, and I have to convince her, not easily, that a summer dress is exactly what princesses like to wear when it is hot outside. 🙂

  3. Is just me or does look like a 3year old. Since when did he get so big?
Cute shirts. The only obsession going on around here are the stamping pens I bought from Ikea that V insist he must play with everyday.

    1. I think he had a growth spurt recently, but who knows ;). Maybe it’s just the lighting or the perspective of the shot that makes him look bigger than he is.

Ooooh, stamping pens must be loads of fun!

  4. We are obsessed with all things “nin-nin” in this house. But it’s more of a parent obsession. My 18 month old does not yet care what he wears. But if our influence effects his choices at all, there will be lots of Batman, X-men and TMNT. Lol

    1. Hum, well I reckon that if you are obsessed with everything “nin-nin”, your little guy will catch on quickly enough. So cool for him to grow up with two parents who are still two big kids at heart!

  5. So cute! My little guy also has a preferred set of pajamas (which he calls “jimmies”) They have all kinds of balls on them – soccer balls, baseballs, footballs. Every night, he asks for BALL JIMMIES!! but they aren’t clean every night, so sometimes we have to settle for monkeys and those are pretty cool too 🙂

  6. That’s awesome!! Where do you find that many variations in shirts?! I have ONE Batman shirt for Samuel (a night shirt) and he loves it. 😀

Let me know what you think! Please?!?
